The Solution

Firstouch designed and delivered a fully integrated Video Conferencing Solution tailored for executive collaboration.

The boardroom features a 98-inch Interactive Flat Panel Display as the central collaboration hub, enabling presentations, real-time annotation, and interactive discussions. An Auto-Tracking PTZ Camera, positioned above the display, automatically frames the active speaker, creating a natural and engaging experience for remote participants.

To improve individual participation, motorized retractable conference monitors were seamlessly integrated into the conference table. Each participant can access meeting content directly from their seat, while the displays retract completely when not in use, preserving the clean, executive appearance of the boardroom.

The conferencing experience is further enhanced by wireless speaker microphones, delivering clear, natural conversations without cable clutter, while dual 55-inch professional displays on the side walls ensure presentations remain visible from every seating position.
